  "lineage": "Seated sung quyi of Yangzhou, also called Guangling or Weiyang qingqu and popularly 'xiaochang', developed from the popular tunes and little songs of the Ming and Qing periods and sung in Yangzhou dialect through named tunes (qupai); it is popular in Yangzhou, Zhenjiang and Shanghai and is on the national intangible cultural heritage list. Traditionally from one or two up to eight or nine performers accompanied their own seated singing on pipa, sanxian, yueqin, sihu, erhu and yangqin, with sandalwood clappers, saucers and wine cups for percussion (the paiban card stands in for the clappers).",
